What size should my app icon be for iPhone and Android?

Use 1024x1024 pixels for your source image. This is the largest size required (App Store) and scales down perfectly. Always use a square image for best results across all platforms.

How do I add app icons to Xcode project?

Android 8.0+ uses adaptive icons with separate foreground and background layers that can change shape. This generator creates standard launcher icons. For adaptive, use the output as your foreground layer.

Why does my app need so many icon sizes?
