Freedom to Explore

With no concrete pathway, you can decide your own route through three unique stories:

• Victory Road – Along Victory Road, you will challenge Gyms in different locations and aim to achieve Champion Rank.
• Path of Legends – On the Path of Legends, take on gigantic Titan Pokémon that guard rare ingredients.
• Starfall Street – In Starfall Street, you’ll use the new Auto Battle feature to take on Team Star grunts from your school in order to reach their boss.

Meet New Pokémon

The Paldea Region is brimming with new Pokémon species and even presents Paldean forms of familiar Pokémon from previous adventures. You’re presented with a choice of first partner Pokémon: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, or Quaxly. Encounter the region’s mystical Legendary Pokémon, either Koraidon in Pokémon Scarlet or Miraidon in Pokémon Violet, and utilize them to traverse the landscape seamlessly.

Co-operative Gameplay

Experience adventure with your friends in local or online co-op with up to three other Trainers. Encourage one another in wild Pokémon battles and show off the Pokémon by your side.

Terastral Phenomenon

Unique to Paldea, encounter the Terastal Phenomenon that allows Pokémon to sparkle like jewels. Utilize terastallization strategically in battles to enhance moves and change your Pokémon’s weaknesses. Join forces in Tera Raid Battles to topple Terastallized wild Pokémon within a time limit.

The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC

The adventure doesn’t end with the game; continue your quest with The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC. This expansion introduces new stories, areas, and over 230 new and returning Pokémon not found in the original games.

• The Teal Mask – Explore Kitakami’s serene environment and immerse yourself in local folklore to uncover the Legendary Pokémon Ogerpon.
• The Indigo Disk – Set for a winter 2023 release, journey to Blueberry Academy in Unova, challenge the Elite Four, and encounter the awe-inspiring Legendary Pokémon Terapagos.
